Fitness App Find: Alive

To start, I've downloaded and quickly deleted countless fitness apps by influencers claiming I'd look like them by the end of it. When I heard about Whitney Simmon's app launch though, I knew I had to try it out. I've been watching her youtube channel for a few years now, and she has come to earn my trust as a viewer.

Like I said, as soon as I saw the launch video, I downloaded the app and immediately headed to my gym. She has tons of workouts (even a recently added at home workout category for quarantine) from HIIT to strength training. When I'm in a rush, or feeling lazy, I do a 15 minute HIIT workout and feel amazing after. The app has motivated me to workout almost every day whether I'm using app workouts or going for a got me out of my rut. The app tracks all your workouts in the section called "journey" so you can see workouts you've already completed, your progress, etc. According to the app, since I downloaded it I've logged 300 active minutes. Yay! For me, a big motivation to do things is being able to see my progress, so I love that aspect off the app.

I'm currently on the month to month payment plan but if you pay for the whole year it's cheaper. It's $15/month which is fair considering the other influencer workout apps are much more expensive, and I don't trust their's as much (shhhh...). If you try out Alive, let me know! I hope you love it as much as I do!
