My Top 3 Starbucks Drinks That Don't Wreck Your Fitness Goals
We've all been there...maybe we recently started tracking our calories, or eating intuitively, and we realize we probably have to cut out macchiatos and iced lattes to get where we want to be. I'm hoping my list helps you find coffees you enjoy that don't keep you from your physique goals!
I originally saw this drink idea from someone's account, and after I tried it out I was hooked. Just ask for a grande iced coffee with your milk of choice, 1 pump of white mocha, 1 pump of skinny mocha sauce, and 2 pumps of sugar free vanilla. In this picture I got it with soy, but almond and non-fat are the lowest calorie milk options!
For a sweeter drink, ask for a venti iced coffee with your milk of choice, and 3 pumps classic (60 calories) and 3 pumps of caramel (another 60 calories). This drink isn't the lowest calorie of the 3 options, it's around 160 cals total, but if you have a sweet tooth it's a much lower calorie option than a venti caramel macchiato or latte.
First off, sorry I don't have a cute pic of this drink but I'm usually too excited about it to snap a pic beforehand. The Dark Cocoa Almond Milk Foam is new to Starbucks, and it's great because it's one of the only cold foam options that doesn't contain egg whites! The original by itself is amazing, and only 40 calories, but if you want a little something more, I add a splash of almond milk and hazelnut syrup. This brings the drink to around 100 calories. I tried the cinnamon almond milk cold foam, and this one is 10x better in my opinion.
